So we have a late winter! Hooray. It's about time and we've got very enticing Mammoth reservations specials for you to make your vacation planning easy. If you haven't been following the snow dumps, the is reporting a base of 7-9 feet, and the last storm at the end of February brought about 3 feet of new snow. Yes, winter has finally arrived just in time for spring. If you're thinking about coming on up for Spring Break, April 8 is Easter Sunday and most of the Los Angeles schools have spring break on the calendar anywhere from March 26 - April 13. Now get out the calendar and see when you're making those reservations in Mammoth. There's Snowplace like Mammoth!


Advanced Ski Camp, Pipe and Park Camp & Women's Ski Seminars
March 2007

There are 3 different reason to come on up. 1) The Advanced Ski Camp is for those who want to learn the bumps, the steeps or the powder March 2-4,and te 5 day version March 26 -30; 2) The famous Pipe and Park Camp for riders March 23-2;5 3) Women's Ski Seminars for the ladies who would like to improve with women instructors as your coaches. March 16-17. Some great reasons to head for the slopes

St. Paddy's Day In The Village
March 16-17, 2007

On the 16th there is a Treasure Hunt, Leprechauns, a Juggler, and on the 17th a local Irish band called "Green Grass" will play on the Plaza, along with Mammoth Brewery pouring some green beer and their home brewed Irish selections. More leprechauns will be popping in and out, with face painting and some magic. This is great fun for the kids so they should be part of your Mammoth reservation plans.

Dave McCoy College Classic
March 16- 17, 2007

The Dave McCoy College Classic is in its 16th year . Warren Miller will be in attendance and along with our local celebrities. MSNBC anchor Alex Witt will join one of the new mountain activities. The 8 On-hill tracks are 1) Best of Mammoth - See & Ski Mammoth; 2) Images of Mammoth - Bring a camera; 3) Ski & Spa - Ski then pamper yourself in the afternoon; 4) Chicks on Sticks - The Ladies Group; 5) Broads on Boards - Ok, for those who like to Snowboard; 6) Park and Pipe - Ski the Terrain Parks with our local pros; 7) Off the Top - Ski Mammoth from the Top; 8) Gates, Drills and Skills - Ski with the Race Team. This is what makes the Mammoth Mountain resort so much fun
