What an unbelievable snow year this is. Jack Frost has got his finger on the "snow button" and is not giving up! The key to skiing and riding in this much snow is not to overturn according to our favorite ski instructor. That will slow down your momentum to move through it . As a reminder Season Passes for all resorts are on sale now or go on sale April 1, so get yours while you can. This chart tells you the conditions and says it all. So what are you waiting for?

Squaw Valley’s snow pack stands at 250 inches, the deepest its ever been since 1952.
Heavenly Valley just got 6 feet of snow bringing their totals to 400" and the 3rd best year ever with a 12 foot base. Skiing at the Tahoe Resorts is till Easter Sunday April 24 at least... with some extending closing till May 8 depending on weather conditions. Kirkwood has had over 600" and 119"+ in this last storm. There's SnowPlace Like Mammoth® and of all the California Resorts Mammoth is leading the way. Over 50 feet of snow has fallen this year, the base is 17-27 Feet right now, and this last storm has brought 8-12 feet more! The snow is falling so quickly Mammoth can't measure it fast enough to stay on top of the reports so instead of inches, they are measuring in feet!. Events are happening every weekend with on the snow music, food specials and good times. The largest mountain in California with the most amount of snow.
